I finally bought a new scale! My last one kept giving me different numbers every time I tried to weigh myself, so now I have a more accurate reading.
This morning I weighed in at 133.2. SO CLOSE to my next goal!
The other day I bought the Slim Fast High Protein shake mix and I tried it this morning for breakfast. (I had every intention of eating breakfast and having the shake, but I was running late and didn’t have time to eat anything). Surprisingly it kept me full up until lunch, about 4 hours later.
I’ve never been a huge fan of chocolate but I like chocolate milk so I thought maybe it wouldn’t be too bad. Drinking it was fine, but I didn’t really care for the aftertaste so much. It wasn’t too unbearable though. The only reason I even bought the shake mix was because I haven’t been getting enough protein according to Spark People. I’m supposed to have anywhere from 60-136 grams of protein each day, and every day I’ve been falling short.

I still have a lot of stuff to do on there. I haven’t quite figured everything out, because honestly I haven’t really explored the website besides entering in my food and fitness.
